So my my goal this year, after returning from a multi-year hiatus last year, is to be stronger than I was 10 years ago. Having lost the new-daddy-fat, I'm feeling good right now, and assuming I don't injure my aging body, I think I can get there.
So what I need is a list of V5 projects to start on. What are the easier V5s out there at Smuggs, Rumney, P-Way, LW, Gunks?
I figure starting on the gimmies will boost my fragile ego and give me the confidence to succeed. Or at least confirm once again that I suck.
Yeah, I was wondering if I was going to jinx myself with that statement. Looking at 4-6 weeks of PT. Anyone got a good book to recommend?
