The Illustrious Buddha
The Gunks

Made famous by Josh Lowell in his first video, Big Up, Ivan Greene's The Illustrious Buddha involves heel hooking and slapping out the "Buddha's Belly" to a difficult topout to the right. Marc Russo and Ivan's guidebook says, "Do not continue up to the jug on The Buddha (the dark crimper six inches below the jug is out). It does not stop so bring your guns. At the lip shoot for small edges (way out right), then a top out directly above a vertical seam." Lately, on the message board there seems to be some question as to this problem's rating (the guidebook calls it V9, someone on the board wanted to know if it was V1 or V2). So, we decided to put it to a vote. Please cast your vote below.
