The Other "Woods" from JoeM's blog

So, Mountain Project has a huge section on Lynn Woods:  http://mountainproject.com/v/lynn-woods/105908096  Looks like there are tons of problems of all grades there.  I have heard mixed reviews of the place, some say it is great and some say not so much.  Have people been here and is it worth checking out???

Worth checking out I think. It is rumored there are more problems there than lincoln woods I think. I have yet to check it out tho

Definitely worth it. Quality rock and problems. Unfortunately, 3/4 of the stuff on MP has no directions to it, so only a special few get to find those boulders.

The most complete and accurate map of the amazing hiking, mountain biking, trail running, and horseback riding trails found at Lynn Woods can be downloaded from this site. The map also illustrates the locations of hundreds of climbable boulders. Photos of many of the boulder problems can be viewed here. An online guideto the boulder problems is under construction.

Pete Otis is the man to contact about climbing in Lynn Woods. If you have never been out to Lynn, the Stone Tower Boulder is a nice spot to hit for a first visit.
